Second post of the day....

Sorry the camera shots of my cards are not great but I have not mastered the right technique yet.

I am really getting back into stamping and even started scrapbooking and am really enjoying it. Sometimes there are just not enough hours for work, napping and stamping but I try. I have even given up TV pretty much except for Dancing with the Stars and Regis.....guilty pleasure sorry....lol.

Next will be the ornaments if the mail ever comes....Cindy (stampingscrapping.com....did I ever say that they are the best in customer service....love them) is always so prompt ...I hate when holidays get in the way.....

Day off two of the week...

Today I organized my old SU stamps and cleaned my craft room. Then was frustrated there was no mail because I am patiently waiting for my order from stampingscrapping.com to arrive. I want to make those ornaments made with the snowflake and the lacey circle dies from Spellbinders. Can't wait. Tried again to color my Tilda and Edwin wedding couple but the blacks are frustrating me alittle. I will keep practicing. I have a couple weeks before the wedding I need it for.

But here are a few more cards that I uploaded recently.
Stamps: Baby Edwin and stamps from New Little One and Holiday stamp sets from stampingscrapping.com
The other is an older retired Boyd's Bear stamp.

Have a great day.

Play Day

Today was a play day. I made some of the shimmering ornaments that were shown on My Pink Stamper's Blog. They were fun to do but I need to decorate them now. I also made some ornaments with the glitter glass paint and lead strips...they were also fun but take a long time to dry in between colors. Tomorrow I will get back to stamping and also upload the baby card I made on Thursday with baby Edwin. See you tomorrow.....

Ok now this time I am really going to do this every week........ This week I was very productive because I have gotten alot of goodies lately that just ask me to play. So here goes. The first card is one I made for a girl at work . It looks very flat in the picture but "Tilda with Pup" was actually pop dotted up and so was the puppy. Maybe I will get better at photography too in this journey.

Next new thing is I got myself an early Christmas present at Michael's yesterday because it was on sale and because on Nov 1st if registered you get 6 more cartridges for free so that was like getting it for free right. No brainer! I am a proud owner of a Gypsy now! Let me tell you, confusing at first but getting the hang of it. I did my first scrapbooking page yesterday ever! (Have been helping my daughter for years doing her college and sorority books but now this is my own). I am off and running for sure. Loved doing it on the Gypsy and will be using my Cricut much more for everything now. So here is my first page ...about Torre ...our 6 month old golden retriever. She is our 5th so I will be going backwards in my scrapbooking but it is somewhere to start. Here it is.
One last thing I finished a card I had started the minute I got this Magnolia stamp (Vintage Tilda)....don't know where it is going yet but it is done.....again the camera makes it look flat but it also is pop dotted up. Used Cindy's (stampingscrapping.com) new stamps for nestibilities. This one is from Holidays. And a word stamp from Papertrey.

Back to halloween

These are cards I made for my husband and son for Halloween, I noticed I did not crop the photo like I thought I had so back to the drawing board.
Stamps by Judith.

Happy 2010!

Welcome in 2010! Happy New Year everyone......I am slowly going to try to keep up with this blogging thing and maybe eventually join blog hops etc....it will be slow but I will try. Right now just seeing how this all works again to refresh my mind. The next will be to try and get my camera uploads in order so I can find the pics I am looking for easy. Not an easy task.
So just keep in mind I will be back just testing today. See you soon.
